Star9999 – Emergency Medical Response or EMR is one of the leading professional medical response team in Vietnam. It boasts having the most advanced fleet in the country, offering people first-class and professional medical services. EMR *9999 is another subsidiary of Family Medical Practice also known as FMP, also based in Vietnam.
After establishing several FMP branches across Vietnam, the organization took the opportunity to expand its capability to reach out and deliver unparalleled medical services to Vietnamese people and also to the increasing number of expats, retirees and their families in Vietnam.
FMP gave birth to now known EMR, but we are the one who baptized it with the name EMR or as mentioned a while ago stands for Emergency Medical Practice. Star(*)9999 meanwhile, is an idea from the respected FMP team and is the number to call when medical assistance, ambulance service and other medical cases are involved.
With FMP’s trust, Elements and Sphere (ES as what it was labeled after), both Thai companies collaborated to make EMR a success. Carrying our experiences, knowledge, skills, talents and smiles, our teams proceeded to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), a city in southern Vietnam, for a 7-day field work. Weeks before we flew, Sphere already started to work on the Branding such as the Logo and Badge designs, Shooting requirements, Member Kit designs, Member Card designs, Sicker designs, Poster (A4, A3) designs, Businesscard designs, Folder designs, Fridge Magnet designs, Flyers and Japanese Flag designs, Individual Family Brochure designs, Corporate Brochure designs, and Web design and development.
Upon arriving in HCMC, FMP team kindly conducted a short meeting to check the designs of the works we already finished or started. After which, all teams proceeded to post-production, where we scouted for places to shoot EMR’s 4 different accident scenes.
Days have passed and we had not avoided several shooting problems. Aside from us, FMP also hired a drone company permitted to fly in the city to shot drone footage of the fleet while it was running in the city, all supervised by Sphere also on the other hand, took care of different angles and footage on the field. Days were tiring and nights were exhausting but we were driven individuals who were more than ready to successfully complete the tasks bestowed to us.
Apart from taking videos, Sphere also audio recorded the call center voices, ambulance siren and street ambiance to complete the materials for pre-production. In between field tasks were short meetings to update the development of every work.
Our thankful thoughts go to FMP for trusting us and for giving us the opportunity to share our unparalleled services.
