Key Tasks
  • Take responsibility for all financial, statutory reporting, taxation and banking matters according to Group policy and local statutory requirements
  • Support the Agency to meet the cash management KPI’s including Free Cash flow and Account Receivable overdue amounts
  • Provide support to both local and regional management on financial analysis and budget process
  • Ensure compliance with established group policies, standards, internal controls and authorities matrix
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements initiatives and internal controls to enhance business processes and systems
  • Co-ordinate internal and external audits
  • Oversee HR and payroll matters
  • Preparing for tax reports (PND1,PND3, PND53, PND54, PP30, PP36, and Input VAT Report)
  • Liaise/ assist senior accountant with bankers, auditor and government representatives for the submission of reports and or requirements
  • Handle full set of Accounting including Month-end, GL, AP, AR, Balance Sheet reconciliation, taxation and consolidation
  • Responsible for the deadline of weekly reports, monthly reports, yearly report and any other requirements from the management
  • Overall admin task; controlling of inventory and office supplies and inventory
  • Provide assistance with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Take care of other jobs as assigned
Skills/Qualifications Required

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting field

Sphere is looking for 3D Digital Artists to create inspired, photorealistic renderings and animations by modeling, texturing, lighting, shaders, and animating products and scenes.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of digital rendering using industry standard Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, V-Ray, and Photoshop to translate a designer’s insights into sophisticated marketing imagery. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects is a plus.

About The Role

You are always thinking of ideas, finding inspiration in everything that you see, read or hear. In addition to an interest in graphic/web design, you make an effort to keep up to date with the latest social and marketing trends. With a creative flair and a strong visual sense, you’d love to see (some of) your ideas executed into real pieces of work.

You are familiar with the designing process as a whole, from sketches of ideas, to conceptualisation, to actual designing and to final file preparation. Proficiency in the relevant designing softwares is essential. You realise that meeting deadlines is crucial to the project lead-time, and you are geared towards producing the best work on time.

You are confident in presenting your ideas to agency colleagues and clients. You will be working as part of a team comprising agency colleagues and partners, including photographers, producers and printers.
